Garnet is looking for someone to join our opening team in a foraging and vendor relations role.

This role will split time across foraging, regular trips to farms and producers, and logistics management.

You'll help build out Garnet's specialized supply chain, with a focus on direct-to-farm sourcing. You'll sustainably forage across the region, especially in Spring and Summer, for our food and beverage menu. And, you'll work closely with our chefs, farmers, producers, and distributors as you source exceptional ingredients, support local farms, and bring more of our purchasing directly to the source.

The work will include weekly trips within NYC and to farms in New York and neighboring states.

This is an experimental role, 3-12 months to start. We are open to part-time or full-time, and to hybrid roles for the right person.
