We're looking for three chefs to join the opening culinary team at Garnet, an ambitious neighborhood restaurant coming to Brooklyn Heights late summer 2026.

Chefs will work closely with one another and the owner to plan and execute an ever-rotating regional and seasonal vegetable-centric menu. You'll get to work with the incredible ingredients from the Northeast US and build relationships with farmers who care for their land and community. Chefs will also work in an open kitchen and play a dual service role, interacting with and telling stories to guests over the course of the evening.

We will operate with a mostly flat hierarchy. We're open to applicants with little to no experience or decades in professional kitchens. We're a small team who cares deeply about relationships, craft, ingredients, and our region. If you do too, and are kind, curious, talented, and passionate, we'd love to talk with you.

Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 Plus Benefits
